On January 20, 2024, a seminar on Japan's "Specified Skilled Worker" (SSW) system was conducted at the 4th floor of Marriott Marquis Queen's Park in Bangkok, organized by Nova International Law Firm. The presentation on the SSW system was delivered by Mr. Eishin Arai, the President of HumanPower Co., Ltd., a Japanese corporation.
The event, attended by a total of 20 participants, including representatives from companies interested in the SSW system, was conducted with great enthusiasm.
Furthermore, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed between Nova International Law Firm Co., Ltd., and HumanPower Co., Ltd. The purpose of this MOU is to provide consulting services (advice, guidance, proposals) to individuals seeking employment opportunities through the SSW system, with the aim of creating a more favorable environment for their job search.
Participants from countries such as Myanmar and the Philippines were present, expressing a strong desire to study and implement this system in their respective regions.
